son Joe, is presently attending Penn College where he
has already graduated from the carpentry program and
is continuing his education into drafting.
Warren
is a Life Director for the Pennsylvania Builders Association
and is also active on many committees of the local Indiana-Armstrong
Builders Association. Throughout the years he has served
as educational liaison, chair of membership, and as
a strategic planning committee member. Warren has also
served as an officer or director of the local association
for most of the years that he has been involved with
the industry. Since 1994, Warren has
also participated with a display in the Indiana-Armstrong
Builders Association's annual Home Show.
Warren
spent several years with a large construction company.
When he moved to Indiana County in 1977, Warren wanted
to do things differently. He wanted to build custom
homes, (which is now over 150), so he started his own
construction company in 1981 with 2 part-time employees.
The company now employs 9 full-time employees, which
includes 2 office personnel. Warren's employees have
a total of 165 years of service to the building industry.
"My employees also deserve credit for their quality
workmanship and commitment to the company".
Warren
feels that the homeowner should be involved in the construction
of their home from start to finish. Warren works with
you personally, offering his friendly, helpful experience
through every stage of your new home development. Through
designing, construction, completion, and follow-up Warren
is there with you.
Warren's
motto will always be "Quality work at an affordable
price".
